Promote the jobs that need help. Stop when they no longer do.
UpWolf turns your existing job feed into on-brand paid social campaigns and performance-based aggregator feeds. It waits for organic applications, promotes the jobs that need help, and stops when enough qualified candidates apply.
Built by a job board. Now being tested with others.
We have run StartupJobs for fourteen years. Promoting job adverts on social media has been a core part of our product from the beginning — and won us a DJAx Award. We started by running campaigns manually, then added scripts, and eventually built the engine that now powers our own job boards.
We are opening UpWolf to a small number of other boards. This page shows how it works and where we want honest feedback. Tell us where the model does not fit your workflow. If it looks relevant, email us a few live job links. We will set them up in UpWolf and show you how the workflow would look for your board. If that fits, we can connect your feed and scope a paid pilot around a success measure we agree together.
Keep your feed. UpWolf does the rest.
UpWolf reads the job feed you already use. It picks up new listings, reflects changes and removes expired jobs from promotion automatically.
- Start in a sandbox. Your developer can test the public feed specification and validator before any integration work begins.
- No manual imports. UpWolf reads the description, salary, logo and locations from the job detail.
- Expired jobs take priority. A closed role is removed from promotion even if the rest of the sync is still catching up.
- Feed outages fail safely. UpWolf keeps the last confirmed state and never makes a decision from missing data.
Company names are illustrative. The states and decision logic are the same ones the live engine uses.
Every job gets on-brand creative — automatically.
No brief and no designer queue. UpWolf reads the job advert, writes the copy, lays out the image in your board’s visual identity and prepares video formats. Our two boards have different brands; the engine behind them is the same.
- ✶Build the APIs behind 40,000 robots.
- ✶Earn up to £95,000 a year.
- ✶Work hybrid, with two days in Shoreditch.
Image and video ads already run as separate ad sets across feed, Reels and Stories, with separate reporting. The preview here plays live in your browser.

These are real renderer outputs: the same job in two different job board brands. The examples are in Czech because UpWolf writes in the language of the original advert. Select one to view it at full size.

This is an illustrative English job advert. UpWolf generates copy for each creative and keeps it within the limits of each channel.
- Your brand, not ours. Colours, fonts, icons and calls to action follow each job board’s visual system.
- Claims are checked before publishing. More than ten safeguards cover issues such as rendered text width, unsupported salary claims and tone of voice.
- Review is optional. Creative can publish automatically or wait in an approval queue, including approval from chat through the AI connector.
- Employer artwork is supported. UpWolf can write the copy while using the employer’s supplied image — a workflow already used by large employers on our boards.
In an observational sample of 376 campaigns and 3.5 million impressions, link click-through rate fell as more duty bullets were added to the creative:
This is an observed pattern, not an A/B test. We used it to change the creative rules, not to claim causation.
Your feedback improves every creative that follows.
Of 71 creatives, nine needed a manual edit. The same four issues kept recurring: duty bullets were too long, primary text ran beyond Meta’s visible limit, the company name appeared in the headline, and location was treated as a selling point when it was not one. We turned all four into generator rules, so the team no longer fixes them by hand.
Rule changes are versioned and auditable. UpWolf never rewrites its own rules without human control.
Spend only while a job needs help.
This is the core of UpWolf. A campaign does not simply run until someone remembers to stop it. UpWolf reads application data from your system and decides, within rules you control, whether to wait, start promotion, keep it running or stop.
- Give organic reach a chance first. If a job attracts enough qualified applicants during its waiting period, no campaign is created.
- Set the waiting period by category. UpWolf uses your historical application curve to recommend when promotion should start; your team approves the rule.
- Stop on qualified applicants, not raw application volume. Your definition of a qualified applicant drives the decision.
- Follow the job’s real status. An expired job pauses; if it is republished, promotion can resume. A manual pause always remains in force.
- Protect the account. Set a spend cap and receive a warning if someone changes a live campaign directly in Ads Manager.
This is a simplified example using sample numbers. The underlying decisions — organic window, pre-launch check and qualified-applicant target — are live in production.
See which jobs need help, what you spent and what worked.
Follow applications day by day for an individual job or an entire category, alongside daily campaign spend by channel and creative. Instead of waiting for a monthly report, your team can see performance at the level where it can still act.
3-day organic window2-day organic window4-day organic window5-day organic windowUpWolf uses these curves to recommend an organic window for each category. Changes are proposed for approval; the engine does not alter your limits by itself.
Meta data is pulled daily by campaign and ad set, so you can compare image and video performance. Recent days are refreshed because Meta may backfill attribution.
Ask UpWolf in ChatGPT or Claude.
Your team can ask which jobs need help, inspect live performance and approve creative from the AI assistant it already uses. UpWolf connects through MCP, an open standard for linking AI tools to products and data.
- Ask about campaigns, job-level performance, ad-set results, recommendations and the approval queue.
- Every approval is tied to a named person through a personal key or OAuth, creating a clear audit trail.
- Budget and targeting are deliberately excluded. AI can read data and approve creative; only a person in UpWolf can move money.
One feed. Controlled distribution across every channel.
Candidates do not spend all their time in one place. UpWolf gives each connected channel the same job data, brand rules and stop conditions, so paid distribution follows performance rather than habit.
Pay aggregators for jobs that still need candidates
Build an output feed from performance rules. For example, send a paid aggregator only jobs with fewer than ten qualified applicants, jobs under 21 days old or jobs without an active social campaign. Once a job reaches its target, it leaves the feed automatically, so you stop buying clicks you no longer need.

Turn better distribution into an upgrade employers can buy.
Some of the hardest-to-hire candidates are not actively browsing job boards. Reaching them through paid social gives employers a clear reason to upgrade a job advert — while UpWolf keeps delivery under your brand and within the media rules you set.
- Package reach as an upgrade. StartupJobs sells Start, Extra and Premium tiers, each with a different level of distribution.
- Keep your customer relationship. Campaigns run from your social pages and ad account, using your brand. Employers buy the service from you, not from UpWolf.
- Protect contribution after media. UpWolf stops spending when a job reaches its target, so budget is not consumed by jobs that no longer need it.
This illustration uses your inputs, not UpWolf pricing. It excludes your other costs. We would shape the commercial model around your volumes, workflow and the value a pilot can prove.
Every job becomes a campaign that runs itself. Sell it as your own Social Boost.
One plan, one currency: credits. You only pay for campaigns that actually go live — and ad spend stays in your own Meta ad account.
- Credits included50 / month
- Price per included credit€9.80
- Campaign with text + image creative1 credit
- Campaign with video creative2 credits
Annual discounts apply to the platform fee only. Extra credits are billed monthly — the calculator alongside shows what they cost.
Above 5,000 credits a month we can also agree a custom contract.
Monthly billing, excluding VAT and ad spend — which you pay to Meta directly.
What counts as a campaign
- One campaign = one job listing promoted on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Creative variations that UpWolf tests inside a campaign are free.
- Extending the same listing within 30 days is the same campaign.
- A campaign stops automatically when the job is filled or removed.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
What’s included
- AI-generated ad copy and branded creative for every listing
- Automatic decision on which jobs to boost and when
- Campaign setup, monitoring and automatic stop
- Results reporting (clicks, applications per job), ready to share with employers
- One approval step before launch: you review creative and targeting once
- Built for Meta’s employment ad rules (Special Ad Category)
