Data Deletion Instructions
UpWolf, operated by StartupJobs.com s.r.o., connects to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to run ad campaigns on our customers' own ad accounts. UpWolf does not read the friends or posts of Facebook users and does not use data from Meta for any purpose other than providing the service.
What data we receive from Meta
- if you sign in to UpWolf or connect it with Facebook: your name, email address and Facebook user ID,
- the access token that authorises UpWolf to manage the customer's ads (stored encrypted),
- identifiers of the connected ad account, page and business portfolio,
- settings of the campaigns, ad sets and ads that UpWolf created, and their results (reach, impressions, clicks, spend),
- technical records of communication with the Meta API (full content kept for 14 days, the record itself for 90 days).
How to request deletion
- Remove UpWolf's access in Meta. In Meta Business Suite → Settings, open Integrations → Connected apps (or Partners) and remove UpWolf. If you signed in or connected UpWolf with your personal account, go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) and remove UpWolf there. From that moment UpWolf can no longer access your ad account.
- Ask us to delete the data. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and state the ad account ID or the company name. Send it from an email address associated with the UpWolf account, or we will ask you to verify that you are authorised to act for the account.
We will delete the access token immediately after verification, and all other data received from Meta within 30 days. Copies disappear from backups within a further 30 days. We will confirm the deletion by email. We keep only what we are obliged to keep by law (e.g. invoices).
Campaigns already running on your ad account are not deleted by this request, because they belong to your ad account; you can pause or delete them directly in Meta Ads Manager.
More about how we process personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
